What is “CoPeak” ?
We exist to challenge the status quo. The name CoPeak comes from the intersection of Collaboration (Co) and Achievement (Peak).
We believe that no significant project is built in isolation. Like a mountaineering team, we work with you—never just "for" you—to select an objective, design the best route, and then go for it, together.
Our mission is to help owners and AEC firms maximize success and continuously challenge the status quo, because excellent projects and flourishing businesses make our communities thrive.

I don’t just advise on complexity; I have lived it.
My background is a deliberate intersection of technical rigor, executive strategy, and crisis leadership. Before founding CoPeak, I served as the Director of Planning, Design, & Construction for Montana State University, where I oversaw a $500MM+ portfolio, guided planning across 6 million square feet of assets, and led a 20-person department through transformative change.
I don’t fit in a traditional box, and neither does my approach to consulting. I am a polymath by nature and a problem-solver by trade.
The Engineer (BSME): I bring the technical precision and analytical problem-solving of a Mechanical Engineer who has designed and commissioned complex systems across construction sectors.
The Leader(MPA): As a Master of Public Administration, I am a well-trained leader, skilled in navigating complexity, policy, and stakeholder groups with ease.
The Responder (EMT): As an incident commander and technical rescuer for Search & Rescue, I bring calm, decisive leadership to high-pressure crises - whether in the backcountry or the boardroom.
I founded CoPeak to bring this multi-disciplinary perspective to your project, organizing the chaos so you can reach the summit.
