I don’t just advise on complexity; I have lived it.
My background is a deliberate intersection of technical rigor, executive strategy, and crisis leadership. Before founding CoPeak, I served as the Director of Planning, Design, & Construction for Montana State University, where I oversaw a $500MM+ portfolio, guided planning across 6 million square feet of assets, and led the department (and campus) through transformative change.
I don’t fit in a traditional box, and neither does my approach to consulting.
The Designer (BSME): I bring the technical precision and analytical problem-solving of a Mechanical Engineer who has designed and commissioned complex systems across construction sectors.
The Leader (MPA): As a Master of Public Administration, I am a trained leader, skilled in navigating complexity, politics, and stakeholder groups with ease.
The Responder (EMT): As an incident commander and technical rescuer for Search & Rescue, I bring calm, practical leadership to high-pressure decisions— in the backcountry or the boardroom.
